VOSA and DSA are soon to be merged into a single body which will continue to be serviced by the contract.The Service Integration And Management (SIAM) Supplier is to deliver a single, clear, and concise interface to all Authority nominated users in support of all their ICT operational needs, regardless of which Tower Service Supplier delivers the specific Tower Service capabilities.Acting on behalf of the Authority, the SIAM Supplier shall integrate, manage, monitor, and improve the IT Services from each of the other Tower Service Suppliers, Collaborating Service Suppliers and other suppliers who form part of the End to End ICT Environment, assuring their delivery to agreed standards and thresholds.Tenders are being sought from the market under the Open OJEU procedure.It is expected that the winning bidder will be announced in April 2014.Awards
