Separate measured term contracts will be awarded for each of the above lots but a contractor may bid for either one, two or all three contracts. Details of the properties to which these services relate to are given below. The sucessful bidder will be required to enter into a separate Measured Term Contract for each of the aforementioned services with the Contracting Authority.Derbyshire Dales District Council invites expressions of interest from potential bidders to provide any or all of the following services:-Lot 1 Mechanical Services - Repairs, Maintenance & Minor Works.Lot 2 Building Services - Repairs, Maintenance & Minor WorksLot 3 Electrical Services - Repairs, Maintenance & Minor Works.The above services will comprise of ongoing revenue works or minor capital projects. The services will be carried out on property assets in the Contracting Authority's ownership, plus any other property which the Contracting Authority has a responsibility to maintain/repair (all within the District boundaries). These include but shall not be limited to:- Administrative Buildings (Matlock Town Hall);- Agricultural Business Centre (Bakewell);- Wet and Dry Leisure Facilities in Bakewell, Wirksworth & Ashbourne;- Sports Pavilions across the District;- Public Toilets across the District;- Council Depots & Stores;- Car parks;- Bus Stations in Matlock;- Other varied properties;- General land holdings;It should be noted that the Contracting Authority is constantly reviewing its property portfolio -- this could result in changes to the Contracting Authority's estate including buildings, properties and land holdings which are either disposed of or purchased. The Contracting Authority will partner with the Contractor to achieve continuous improvement in the provision of the Service throughout the Contract.Adjudicaciones
