Such services will continue to be delivered for the duration of the apprenticeship (in-training). The dual purpose of the MA Programme is to support individuals to learn while in work; and economic growth across Scotland. MAs are a joint investment between employers/public funding. Employers invest through wage costs and on-going support and public funding contributes towards the costs or training. There are 4 Lots available to bid for:Lot 1 Providers Lowlands and Uplands;Lot 2 Providers Highlands and Islands;Lot 3 Providers South of Scotland;Lot 4 Employers.Please note the value of GBP 243 million is an indicative value based on annual value of GBP 81 million. The GBP 243 million is only if the optional 2 + 1 year extensions is requested at SDS discretion.Awards
