As the Contracting Authority is purchasing on behalf of other Contracting Authorities, namely the current members of WM Housing Group Limited as identified at VI.3 and in the individual Lot specific information at Annexes B(1).-- (14) and on behalf of future members of the WM Housing Group Limited as described in VI.3, all of these organisations will be entitled to use the services of the Contractor appointed and may for that purpose join in the Contract to be entered by the Contracting Authority with the successful contractor, or alternatively issue orders for the supply of services in accordance with its terms.Awards
