The framework agreement will be in place for a four year duration running from 1.10.2011. The agreement will be available for contracting authorities who are members of the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Procurement Partnership (Hiowpp) and members of the Portsmouth Regional Procurement Partnership (PRPP) to use at their discretion. The members of these groups are listed within Annex A.The value of contracts let over the life of the framework is expected to be between 3 250 000 GBP and 35 000 000 GBP, dependent upon take up from the contracting authorities named within Annex A.The contracting authorities named within Annex A may call off contracts at any time during the four year duration of the framework agreement. It will be the responsibility of the contracting authorities to decide upon the length of any call off contracts that they wish to enter into via the framework and to decide upon their procurement strategy for doing so. The Council will provide guidance to contracting authorities but accepts no liability in regards of the actions of other contracting authorities who may use the framework agreement.In letting the framework agreement the Council has awarded two call off contracts on a 3 year term running from 1.10.2011 extendable up to a maximum term of five years subject to agreement and performance by both parties.W G Wigginton Ltd has been awarded a contract which will cover requirements associated with the Council's housing stock properties for a contract value of approximately 130 000 GBP per annum.PHS Compliance Limited has been awarded a contract which will cover requirements associated with the Council's 'Asset Management Services Landlord' and "Commercial Port" properties for a contract value of 21 000 GBP per annum.Adjudicaciones
