Evaluate effectiveness across the three VMAP delivery priorities, a. Mentoring academy platform and training b. System change at borough level and Increasing confidence and capacity of local mentoring sector c. Attracting and retaining new volunteer mentors 2. Consider potential scalability 3. Review the process and implementation of the pilot and highlight key learnings and recommendations for sustainability The tender is published under Light Touch Regime (Schedule 3 Services Under PCR 2015). See attached service specification for further information.
