The award report has been produced utilising PCR 2015 REG 50 (2) open procedure "Standard" Contract Notice as opposed to the REG 75(2) "Social and other specific services" Contract Notice due to the unavailability of a template for the latter on the bravo procurement platform. Light touch process information has been included within this report.The Ministry of Justice (the "Authority") has established a multi-lot framework for the provision of education services to those in custody in England -- the Prison Education Framework (PEF). The PEF comprises of 17 Lots with up to five (5) suppliers appointed per Lot. Only one call-off competition per lot is to be conducted under the PEF and a single call-off contract per lot awarded to a sole supplier, excepting Lot 5 which has 2.PEF Suppliers are mandated to bid for their appointed lots.Awards
