Light touch process information has been included within this report.The Ministry of Justice (the "Authority") has established a multi-lot framework for the provision of education services to those in custody in England -- the Prison Education Framework (PEF). The PEF comprises of 17 Lots with up to five (5) suppliers appointed per Lot. Only one call-off competition per lot is to be conducted under the PEF and a single call-off contract per lot awarded to a sole supplier, excepting Lot 5 which has 2.PEF Suppliers are mandated to bid for their appointed lots.Awards
