This term contract will govern the issuing of individual planned works orders to undertake internal refurbishment works for the replacement and renewal of kitchens, bathrooms and rewires. Tai Calon has taken into consideration its intention to establish separate supply chains and make the key component materials available free of charge for the selected contractors to collect from designated centre(s).Tai Calon is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to be appointed to undertake this contract which is envisaged to have a duration of four (4) years.The contract will be split into 3 categories, into a total of nine (9) lots. Contractors can only apply for one lot, except in category 2 where contractors can bid for up to 2 lots.The form of contract will be based on the ACA Standard Form of Contract for Term Partnering (TPC 2005, as amended 2008) subject to further bespoke amendments.Tai Calon reserves the right to allocate approximately 400 void properties to their own in-house maintenance team.Awards
