The guarding service is required at approximately 7 locations (plus other locations, as and when required). The mobile security response service is to cover the whole of Merseyside. (c) the need for the successful tenderer to accept liability in respect of claims for redundancy, unfair dismissal and all other claims related to such employees. (d) to make adequate provision for the full compliance with the aforementioned Directive and/or Regulations. (e) to expedite the requirements of the Directive and/or Regulations with due diligence.
