Consultancy Services will be required to work alongside SCW internal resources to ratify the jointly developed Pilot and wider roadmap approach. SCW require support with the migration of existing Pilot SQL and data from SCW on premise to deployment of new SQL services in Azure. Testing and test scripts for data transfer, application performance, application stability and user access with authentication for on and off SCW domain customers will be required. Full technical implementation and build documentation will be required. Compliance to NHS, industry frameworks for security and Information Governance will be required for the Pilot and roadmap. Consultancy Services: SCW are also seeking consultancy services to support SCW in the implementation of a scalable, resilient and future proof cloud connection service either Internet VPN or Express Route dependent on timescales. SCW will procure the cloud connection service via a separate procurement as/if required. Operational Tooling & Managed Services: SCW also require operational tooling and services to support, monitor, optimise performance and cost management of the Pilot to inform the ongoing development of and deployment to Azure. Logging will be required to integrate fully with SCW's existing SiEM Log Point platform. Cloud Services Consumption: SCW require all Azure licensing, subscriptions, compute, storage and networking (load balancing) with production SLAs.
