The existing Human Resource and Payroll Systems have been in place for a number of years and no longer meet the needs of the University. A new HR/Payroll System and improved processes are required to provide better outcomes for the University and employees.The university requires a system requiring no bespoke software development, however, modifications such as adding logos, organisation charts, reports and calculations should all be possible within existing functionality of the software selected. The existing HR/Payroll systems are managed in-house, however, we will consider both in-house and externally hosted systems.St Mary's welcomes all interested and able suppliers to partake in the competitive process for this opportunity.Awards
