However, provision is also included for some services not in association with construction work in particular estates services and local authority planning services, there is also some provision for environmental services other than in relation to construction work. Construction related services may involve all or any stages of services including planning, feasibility, surveys, design/ project preparation, site supervision and also providing advice and project management services.The framework agreement is divided into 20 lots relating to the type of services awarded under the framework agreement (see II.2.1 and the information about lots).Engineering related services in lots 1, 2, 3 and 18 may be instructed as required from the services included for the relevant lot.
