It will include grass control of playing fields and amenity areas, field sports facilities preparation- including all weather pitches, turf culture and horticulture works. It is expected that the Contract will be awarded in October 2012 with an anticipated start date of the 3rd of January 2012. The Contract will be for a period of five years, with options to extend for a further two years on a year by year basis. The scope will provide for the potential future inclusion of services of servcies to the 3rd geographical area and for the inclusion of other grounds maintenance related services required by SCC.
