The Works Packages to be carried out under this Framework Agreement shall encompass an external works programme in relation to the Scottish Housing Quality Standard (SHQS), the Employer's Housing Stock and former Renfrewshire Council Housing Stock purchased under the Right to Buy Scheme (RTB).The Employer intendes to appoint qualified and experienced Suppliers under the Framework Agreement to execute the Insulated Render Overcladding construction works to bring the properties up to SHQS compliance. Please note that this Framework Agreement may also be utilised for the procurement of associated works not directly related to SHQS compliance.The Framework Agreement will be established in two lots as detailed below:Lot 1 Inclusion on the Framework Agreement and consideration for all package orders awarded under the Framework Agreement.Lot 2 Award of a package order for Phase 1 Williamsburgh Court.The objective of the Framework Agreement is to deliver a value for money approach to the procurement of Works Packages against the requirements listed above. It is envisaged that the establishment of the Framework Agreement will allow the Employer and Suppliers to develop effective relationships, more efficient methods of working and action plans for continual improvement throughout the duration of the arrangement.It is envisaged that 3 Suppliers will be appointed to the Framework Agreement in respect of Lot 1. Lot 2 will be awarded to one of the envisaged 3 Suppliers appointed to the Framework Agreement in respect of Lot 1.
