The Authority wish to procure the services through a framework agreement that will consist of passenger transport for both children and adults. The indicative value of business that may be procured through the framework is between 1 000 000 - 1 500 000 GBP per annum. The borough may use the framework to procure passenger transport for either or both children and adults. Please be aware that the framework may be subject to change during the lifetime of the agreement. The framework is for a period of 4 years from 1.9.2011. Please be aware that TUPE may apply to this framework agreement. The London Borough of Merton is tendering this framework through the London Tenders etendering portal our preferred method of advertising and managing contract opportunities. Prospective tenderers are advised, if they have not already done so to register by going to:- http://www.londontenders.org/procontract/supplier.nsf.
