As part of this project, WHDS intend to procure a minimum of 12 months worth of wind resource data from the Celtic Sea. This procurement represents a significant portion of the overall budget and therefore needs to be executed correctly, compliantly and with full regard for value for money. We therefore have identified a need for legal support through the ITT development, procurement process and deployment phases. The cost of the data acquisition campaign will be significant. Therefore, WHDS wish to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced legal services contractor who can support a procurement process which meets National and European legislation & regulations.
