Prior to the procurement, we wish to consult key stakeholders about key elements of our plans. All responses received will be considered as we finalise our approach to recommissioning the service. The consultation can be accessed via this web link http://www3.lancashire.gov.uk/corporate/consultation/responses/response.asp?ID=315 Responses need to be received by 3.8.2016. Following the consultation it is LCC's intention to advertise the procurement of the home-care framework within the next 12 months. It is our intention that district/borough and city councils and CCG in the Lancashire footprint may access the framework.
