BRB (R) Ltd invites you to provide a pre-qualification submission for consideration prior to being selected to tender for a Framework Contract for Major, Minor and Emergency Response Works on BRB(R)'s assets.The contract will be split into 2 Lots, each of which covers a defined geographical area. Only One Contractor will be appointed for each Lot, although one contractor may be appointed for multiple Lots.The Framework Contract will commence in April 2012 and will be for three years duration, with an option to extend for a period of one year duration. The decision to extend the contract will be based upon the successful Tenderers performance during the Contract.This OJEU contract notice calls for the Expression of Interest and submission of the Pre Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ). Any organisation wishing to become a preferred provider for these services must formally express an interest by sending an email to fsaif@cdlgroup.co.uk, further information such as map will be provided to the tenderers to assist with the completion of PQQ.Pre-qualification submissions should contain the information specified in section VI.3 of this contract notice, and must be returned by 12.9.2011 at 12:00.The Tender Process will consist of three stages;Stage 1 - The submission of an expression of interest and PQQ, the subsequent evaluation of those submissions to assist BRB(R) in selecting suitable Contractors for inclusion on the list to invite to Tender;Stage 2 - The submission of the formal Tender and the evaluation of the Tender returns, the evaluation process will select the Tenderers for the interview stage.Stage 3 - Interview and final evaluation of the selected Tenderers prior to award of contract.Awards
