The Geotechnical and Geo-environmental Sediment and Water Sampling is to be carried out prior to dredging works to maintain and widen the existing shipping channel. The successful company will be responsible for defining the sampling methodology to successfully deliver the contract requirements including a number of 3m depth samples. The Sediment and Water sampling will involve chemical analysis of sediment and water samples for potential contaminants and the sediment samples will also undergo Particle Size Analysis (PSA). Testing is to be undertaken at an MMO validated UKAS accredited laboratory.
