We are seeking tenders from Independent foster agencies who are able to provide fostering households that deliver foster care to our children and young people, enabling them to have the best opportunities in life. In order to be considered to be included in the framework agreement, providers are advised that they need to meet the following criteria: 1) Providers must have been operating for at least 2 years with an Ofsted report of at least satisfactory. 2) Local responsiveness - providers must currently have at least 1 fostering household within the West Midlands boundary by the 6th December 2010. It is anticipated that the framework agreement will commence on Friday 1.4.2011 for 3 years with an option to extend for a further 1 year.Awards
