This form seeks to clarify and capture information relating to your ability to comply with the CDM Regulations 2015 and can also be used to update any of your details that may have changed since you last applied for the framework.New Framework Contractors -As a new contractor to the framework you will be required to complete the whole standard questionnaire attached to this advert.This particular requirement will cover all categories of work for repairs, maintenance and minor works projects up to an individual value of 50 000 GBP.The intention is to maintain the formal framework database with all the competent contractors who apply to participate.Within this provision contractors will be required to respond to individual works orders for both domestic and commercial properties, participate in a quotation process for certain categories of work where competition may be required and deliver a responsive repairs service both during and out of normal working hours.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Public Contracts Scotland Web Site at http://www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=409236.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
