This contract will be utilised in the first instance by the Midlands region, however there will be an option for other regions in the Environment Agency to call off this contract if required.We are looking for the following:Provision of standard and bespoke flood resistance products tested to BSi PAS 1188-1:2009 or equivalent.Supply and install standard and bespoke flood resistance products tested to BSi PAS 1188-1:2009 or equivalent.Provide surveying services of properties and recommendations for installation of products.The products that we are interested in will be designed to protect properties' flood-water-entry-thresholds; this includes: doorways, windows, airbricks and services such as cable or telephone entry points.We anticipate that products to Bsi 1188-1:2009 will be used in the first instance; other products will be used once this option has been exhausted and following survey recommendations.Awards
