The Framework Agreement will be a spot purchase arrangement which will provide 'call-off' contract opportunities for Service Providers and therefore offers no guarantee of any level or value of business to any service provider appointed onto the Framework. The Council is seeking applications from suitably experienced providers, registered with Care Quality Commission, who are able to provide the Services within the Wakefield district area from 9.10.2017. Providers will be required to operate electronic call monitoring systems for delivering services to account for actual service delivery and to provide specified performance indicators. Payments for Services will be at the fixed Council's Contracted Rate for Care which will be based upon actual delivery as evidenced by services providers' electronic call monitoring systems.Awards
