The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of this arrangement including the design and construction of the new leisure facility, and the management, operation and promotion of the identified sports and leisure facilities. This is to include the provision of recreational, cultural and sporting services (and related services), facilities management services, grounds maintenance services and, where necessary, replacement of plant and equipment for the contract term. The Contract for the operation of the new leisure centre will be for a term of 15 years with the option to extend for up to a further 10 years.Awards
