Task 2: Release to Service Recommendation Technical Support for Main Independent Test and Evaluation Report 4 (MITER 4) between November 2013 and March 2014. Both tasks require the following action: Technically review limitations and restrictions generated at MITER reports and compare/assess against target clearances to ensure capabilities are achieved. Upload all respective MITER recommendations on their arrival from ATEC into a suitable programme. Assess each Aircraft Release Recommendation, Mandatory Procedure and other advice from a RTSR impact, platform airworthiness and affect on safety case perspective for review and acceptance by Letter of Airworthiness Authority holder/TAA, (tasks 1 & 2). Monitor all technical risks against the MITER 3 (task 1) & MITER 4 (task 2) that are delivered by ATEC or through the Wildcat Combined Test Team utilising Wildcat system knowledge to provide technical recommendations /initial routes to resolution to Wildcat Project Team Programme Manager. Monitor and where delegated manage RTSR project risks in consultation with key stakeholders (Army RTSA, Navy RTSA, MAA, AgustaWestland, QinetiQ and other external agencies) (tasks 1 & 2). Required task outputs (both tasks): TO1 - post completion of the MITER 2 (task 1) & MITER 3 (task 2) related RTS carry out a gap analysis of changes between the RTSR and RTS. Provide summary report. TO2 - Post MITER 2 (task 1) & post MITER 3 (task 2) provide a gap analysis of capabilities in scope MITER 2 (task 1) & MITER 3 (task 2) that were not achieved. TO3 - Provide an updated RTSR risk register on a monthly basis (tasks 1 & 2). TO4 - On delivery of MITER 3 in October 2013 (task 1) & MITER 4 in March 2014 (task 2) compile a report within 2 weeks of each delivery that sentences (for review) all recommendations. Sentencing should encompass all DLODS including training, CIEPT and other technical publications. Assumptions The skills required for these tasks are detailed below: * Systems based knowledge of Wildcat * Extensive knowledge of MAA MRP, especially 1000 Series RTS related documents * Experience of working with Handling Squadron in the generation of ODM, FRC and Aircrew Manuals * Experience of DOORS and QinetiQ RTS Smart Management Service * Detailed knowledge of current WILDCAT Release To Service Recommendations and their origins * A valid security clearance to enable full time attendance at AgustaWestalnd/Yeovilton. An average of 2 day visits to QinetiQ/ Boscombe Down or Abbey Wood should be assumed. * Working knowledge of WILDCAT training solution. * Detailed knowledge of Safety Management and WILDCAT ASAM and ASAR.Adjudicaciones
