Proposals for the new contract together with the provision of learner transport passes are therefore being sought in accordance with EU Procurement and College financial regulations. This contract will commence on 1.9.2015 for the period identified. The contract will consist of 2 lots: Lot 1: Bus Service for the transportation of learners to College premises Lot 2: Travel Pass Provision for learners across the Fylde Coast to access travel options to facilitate journeys to and from College premises as well as travel outside of College This contract will commence on 1.9.2015 for the period identified. Either lot may be terminated at the end of any academic year where the College does not require the services covered within each lot during future academic years. For the avoidance of doubt, no guarantee as to volumes or financial contract valuations is given beyond year one of this contract. The College will confirm in writing by August 1st in each year whether subsequent services are required. In consideration of contract awards, a single supplier can be awarded both lots or both lots may be split between 2 contractors.Awards
