NWUPC is managing this procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the "Regulations") on behalf of members of NWUPC, NEUPC, HEPCW, SUPC, LUPc C and CPC. Please refer to Section 1.4 of Invitation to Tender Document for a full list of bodies that may wish to utilise the agreement with the permission of NWUPC. This framework agreement will commence on 1.2.2018 for an initial period of 24 months until 31.1.2020 with the option to extend the agreement for 12 months until 31.1.2021 and a further 12 months until 31.1.2022 subject to satisfactory Economic Operator performance.Awards
