A full list of current Members may be found at: http://www.lupc.ac.uk/list-of-members.html.In inviting expressions of interest to tender for the provision of occupational health services, LUPC is acting as a lead organisation on behalf of its own Member Institutions and those of the following English purchasing consortia:Southern Universities Purchasing Consortium (SUPC): http://supc.procureweb.ac.uk/aboutsupc/supc-membersNorth Western Universities Purchasing Consortium (NWUPC):http://www.nwupc.ac.uk/our-membersNorth Eastern Universities Purchasing Consortium (NEUPC):http://www.neupc.ac.uk/our-membersAll agreements resulting from this tender should be made available to and apply to all current and future members of the participating consortia. They should also apply, with the express written permission of the LUPC, to members of any other Higher or Further Education regional purchasing consortium or to any other public sector or not-for-profit organisation in England, provided that they formally commit to participate in and support this agreement and join one of the listed regional purchasing consortia as a full or associate member.The objective is to ensure Member Institutions receive services for occupational health that are both high quality and value for money. The participating institutions may be subject to change in the future owing to strategic realignment of the consortia or the inclusion of new full or associate Members, who could be outside the education sector, but within the public sector. The principle behind the framework agreement(s) is that they shall not themselves constitute contracts, but will establish a structure by which orders may be placed by participating institutions, each forming a separate contract under the terms and conditions set out in the framework agreement(s). Applicants are required to complete and Pre-Qualification Questionnaire in full. Shortlisted providers will then be issued the main Invitation to Tender and required to provide full details of how they would provide occupational health services under the framework.Adjudicações
