The Council may allow proposals and a final tender for all lots grouped together if that would provide the most economically advantageous solution.Please note the Council reserve the right to not make an award against all lots contained within this notice.The Council is intending to award services on the basis of a three long term agreement with an option to extend for a further two years.Awards
