Concrete stairs with carpet finish and glass balustrading, brick clad external walls, aluminium/timber composite fixed casement windows and aluminium external doors with low solar gain glazing. Concrete lift shaft, masonry or lightweight metal studwork partitions to core areas with hardwood veneered flush doors, including vision panels where required, in hardwood frames and with brushed stainless steel ironmongery. Suspended ceilings, raised floors with carpet finish and air source heat recovery heating system and comfort cooling system. Lighting, power and alarm systems throughout.. Building designed to achieve BREEAM very good. The Council anticipates that the internal fit out of the offices for the future tenant will be discussed and evaluated with the successful contractor following appointment and which would involve changes to the tender specification and drawings.Awards
