As a result of the increased requirement for the provision of Thermal Imaging Cameras at operational incidents, HFRS seeks to purchase an initial 91 devices for allocation to all 'frontline' operational fire appliances. The contract has an estimated value of 300 000 GBP for the maximum life of the contract, 10 years.
