These application(s) will act as feeder systems for a wider work programme to deliver a clinical portal to provide timely, safe and efficient patient clinical assessment, advice, diagnostic results and referral services information. It is essential that the Service provider collaborates closely with other NHS Forth Valley contractors to ensure that the clinical applications are fully integrated with relevant internal and external systems and operates effectively within the technical infrastructure of the organisation. Service providers may also be expected to provide support for the applications contained within this lot. Purpose of the order communications reporting contract NHS Forth Valley laboratory services process approximately 1 000 000 requests every year.
