The framework will commence on 10 March 2014 and run for an initial 2 year period, ending on 09 March 2016. The framework may be extended for a further 2 years (in single year increments) with written agreement of both parties. The annual value of the framework is estimated to be approximately PS2,100,000. This value cannot be guaranteed however and no claim will be allowed for loss and expense should that value not be achieved. WCBC intends to invite, vet and score PQQs and carry forward a maximum of 15 applicants through to the tender stage which will be carried out utilising E-tender technology.
