The contract is split into 2 lots which are titled Lot 1 Workstream 2 Individual Energy Efficiency Measures and Lot 2 Energy Efficiency Measures and Refurbishment. Companies can only apply for 1 Lot/ Workstream. However under Workstream 2 they can apply for more than one Energy Eefficiency Measure contained with in the Workstream.Workstream 2 Individual Energy efficiency measure should be able to offer 1 or more of the following measures; External Wall Insulation (EWI), Cavity Wall Insulation, Internal Wall Insulation, Biomass Boilers, Photovoltaic Systems, Heat Pumps, Boilers, Connection to District Heating Systems, Loft Insulation. All companies will be required to demonstrate the ability to deliver the measures. Under Workstream 2 companies can apply for 1 or more of the above measures. The evaluation under Workstream 2 will be carried out on each individual measure and awarded on this basis.Workstream 3; Energy efficiency Measures and refurbishment works, companies applying shall be capable of providing all of the following services External Wall Insulation(EWI), Cavity Wall Insulation, Internal Wall Insulation, Biomass Boilers, Photovoltaic Systems, Heat Pumps, Gas Boilers, connection to district heating systems, Loft Insulation, and Refurbishment work.For Information Workstream 1 is for consultancy services and subject to a separate contract notice.
