For delivery into the Council's stores at Roway Lane, Oldbury, West Midlands carriage paid. A map showing the location of these premises to be found on the internet at: https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@52.5095332,-2.019972,17z The stores operate a Just In Time (JIT) system and orders are placed automatically via email when stock levels dictate. Once an order is placed items must be delivered with 48 hours. Deliveries are accepted at goods inwards during the following times: 8:00 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday 8:00 to 17:00 Friday All items are to be bar coded on the outer sleeve and where possible must be barcoded individually. Where bulk items are being delivered a bar code must be supplied so that the items can be receipted into stores. Failure to comply will result in the Council being unable to receipt goods. The procurement is divided into three lots: Lot 1 -- Wallpaper and Paint (including Anti Mould Paint) Lot 2 -- Paint Brushes Lot 3 -- Decorating Sundries Tenderers can apply for one, two or all three lots but must submit prices for all items within a lot. Lot 2 Paint Brushes and Lot 3 Decorating Sundries contract will commence on 1 January 2018 when the current contract ends and will expire on 31 January 2020. The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal. From here you will be able to register your company, express an interest in the opportunity, and gain immediate access to the ITT and other related documents.
