The site is part of an existing busy leisure centre in a residential area and the Council are keen to maximise the potential of the Leisure facilities on the site.The new facility will consist of six changing areas each with 12 places and four with 16 places. The approximate area of the new build will be 403m3 The construction budget for the whole scheme is approximately PS480,000 (excluding VAT)It is proposed that the works will be procured through a JCT Design and Build form of Contract.Awards
