The works will involve. -- The testing of the electrical installation of PCH housing stock to comply with BS7671 17th edition of the Electrical wiring regulations on a 10 year cycle, -- 10 % of the housing stock is to be tested annually, -- The refurbishment will ensure that all properties comply with the 17th Edition of the electrical wiring regulation and any revisions or any new regulations through out the duration of the contract, -- Installation of hard wired smoke detectors in properties are determined by the needs of the tenant and shall comply to BS 5839 part 6.Awards
