The works will comprise * Earthworks, including site clearance, cleaning out ditches, re profiling and top soiling, with all material reused and remaining on site. * Land drainage * Reinforced grass or alternative access road and parking areas in accordance with planning * Water supply, including connection to water mains, permanent road re- instatement, Anglian Water charges, provision and installation of troughs * Electricity supply * Soft landscaping, including grass seeding, orchard planting, native shrub planting Due to ongoing discussions regarding the boundary finishing, contractors will be required to either * supply and erect 1.8m high steel weldmesh fencing or * supply and plant quickthorn / native species hedge.Awards
