Works within the contract include: A site visit instructed by building operations supervisor to controlled entry system property to determine fault reported to operations supervisor by tenant / customer. As the majority of the works will be unaccounted for the Service Provider is requested to identify, report fault, subsequent repairs, extent of repairs, length of time of repair and estimated costs to Operations Supervisor. Operations Supervisor will then instruct the works based on length of time of repair and costs. Testing to be carried out on completion and ensuring entry system is in full working order. Year 1 - 1.8.2011 to 31.3.2012. Year 2 - 1.4.2012 to 31.3.2013. Year 3 - 1.4.2013 to 31.3.2014. Year 4 (optional) 1.4.2014 to 31.3.2015.Awards
