The HCA is seeking to appoint a framework of property consultants to provide the full range of real estate and property related services including property consultancy, property agency (buying and selling), estate management, landlord and tenant advice, financing and corporate advice and project management of subconsultants. The framework is for 4 years and will be structured as 2 lots. The first lot of 6 to 8 members will provide services to the HCA. The second lot containing the 6 to 8 members from the first lot will be a larger lot covering the same scope of services and be available to other public bodies as set out in the Memorandum of Information (MoI). Lot 2 will have between 8 and 12 members. The panel members will be required to provide services across all the English regions, i.e. the North East, North West, Yorkshire and Humberside, East Midlands, West Midlands, East of England, South East, South West and London. Call offs from the framework will be via a competitive process to identify the most economically advantageous panel member on a case by case basis.Awards
