A significant part of these operations involves the procurement of building materials. Falkirk Council requires a framework agreement with suitable suppliers for the supply of building materials which will be used by our commercial operations. The Council is seeking committed suppliers who can work with us in delivering competitive, responsive and quality services. It is our proposal to enter into Framework Agreements with companies which will be awarded on a lot by lot basis. Falkirk Council at all times reserves the right to award all, some or none of the lots. Companies can submit bids for 1 or more of the lots. The lots are as follows: -- lot 1 - electrical general, showers, fans & heaters, -- lot 2 - plumbing, showers, baths & WCs, -- lot 3 - timber, -- lot 4 - ironmongery, general building, tools and fixings, sealants, tools and supplies, -- lot 5 - paint, -- lot 6 - gas, -- lot 7 - glazing.
