A planning application has already been submitted for the pitch and a decision is due in early 2014.The civic park will be approximately 19,000m2 and incorporate an open-air performance space, hard and soft landscaping, public art, lighting and potentially, a water feature.The adventure play area will be approximately 9,600m2 and is to incorporate equipment suitable for children and young people with a wide range of abilities.
