The framework of contractors has now been concluded, and shall be in place for a maximum of 4 (four) years from 1.8.2010.The following organisations shall be entitled to use the framework agreement as and when required:1) Procure Plus' members, partners and customers, both current and future;2) Lancashire Housing Partnerships members, partners and customers, both current and future;3) Cumbria Housing Partners members, partners and customers, both current and future;4) PP PAL members, partners and customers, both current and future;5) Other members, partners and customers both current and future.The organisations listed above have requirements predominantly within the north west of England. For more information about the organisations entitled to use the framework, please visit www.procure-plus.com.The current estimated spend over the duration of the framework and across all lots is 345 000 000 GBP. Works under this framework shall be awarded via call-off contracts, which may range in value from 1 000 GBP to 10 000 000 GBP. Notwithstanding the above, under the framework agreement, none of the organisations that are entitled to use the framework agreement shall be under any obligation to do so with framework partners.Procure Plus have selected multiple partners to deliver under each lot within the framework.
