Operating in both North and East Ayrshire the Associations stock portfolio totals 2066 units and includes older town centre tenements, pre & post war houses and flats and modern structural timber frame and traditional build flats and houses. These properties have been drawn from the associations rehabilitation and new build programmes and from various stock transfer initiatives. In addition the association owns 6 other homeless, supported accommodation and commercial properties which will also be maintained under the contract. Much of the stock is within mixed tenure areas and the association has a property management role for a number of owner occupiers.Awards
