The place of delivery of the services shall, largely, be located in, and around, customer meter points. There will be two categories of sub-contractor appointed: category A - principle sub-contractor - responsible for full service provision and emergency support service and category B - miscellaneous minor works sub-contractor- responsible for a lesser scope of service provision. Category B may be required to progress to category A capability within a specified time period but only with regards to emergency service provision. It would be anticipated that approximately 80 % of available sub-contracted services shall be carried out by the category A sub-contractor whilst the remaining 20 % shall be carried out by the category B sub-contractor(s). There is, however, no guarantee of any workload - either volume or percentage based.Awards
