This will be primarily to: -- support the Council's direct delivery teams during busier periods including out of hours works as required, -- deliver larger repair and void works where the Council does not have sufficient capacity or outsourcing of the work provides better value for money, -- provide greater flexibility to meet customer demand for responsive repairs (on a 24/7 basis) and refurbish empty properties as quickly as possible. The supply chain is being procured in 13 separate lots, aligned to different work stream specialisms with one contractor appointed to provide works on each lot. In total, we anticipate up to 1 300 000 GBP of work being generated each year across all lots, over a maximum 4-year contract period (3 + 1 years).Awards
