The Association specialise in accommodation for older people and have properties distributed over a large area of Scotland. For the purposes of this procurement the Works have been divided into eight areas and eight separate tenders will be issued identifying which areas they relate to. No contractor will be awarded more than four contracts and the contractors must price on the expectation that they may only be awarded one contract. Contracts will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous and adequately resourced tenderers from the Association's overall consideration. The contracts will include for fortnightly summer visits from April to October and monthly winter visits from November to March each year to the communal grounds of sheltered housing stock.Awards
