The Council are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced, competent and qualified managing agent for an initial period of 5 years (with an option to extend a further 5 years subject to satisfactory performance) to deal with the day to day management of the site and tenancies. In addition we have a number of other landholdings and/or are investigating other commercial opportunities, we would expect the managing agent to carry out the duties below at other sites within WDC's operating area as and when required.The managing agent needs to retain a flexible approach to the service with the Council looking to a masterplan for the site and potentially the town centre itself with the potential that some or all of this may be delivered in the contract period.Awards
