The University provides in excess of 3 000 study bedrooms to its students. The accommodation comprises of: The student village, Frenchay Campus comprising of 4 courtyards totalling 1 936 en-suite student bedrooms and 253 bedrooms within 41 houses. Glenside/St Matthias Campus accommodation encompassing 545 study bedrooms in houses/flats. During the summer vacation period (end June- beginning September) all areas of the accommodation are given a deep clean. The University also runs its residential conferences in the accommodation at this time. A hotel standard of cleaning is required for both deep cleaning and conference cleaning. There are also a number of private landlord houses in and around Bristol City Centre. There may be an occasional requirement to provide ad hoc cleaning services to the University, including window cleaning.Awards
