YEG will provide all participants with a range of services, each aimed at moving them one step closer to their employment aspirations. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the key elements of this programme, including: -- promotion of the programme, -- engagement with clients, -- full wraparound support and case management of the clients, including in-work support, -- management of the individualised budget elements (phase 1), and facilitation of personalised budgets (phase 2), -- monitoring and reporting, including full input into the programme evaluation, -- working with local and regional partners.
